GENERAL CONDITIONS and HOMESTAY INTERNAL REGULATIONS

Kalaka HOMESTAY

PRESENTATION : The homestay has the right not to receive clients whose behavior are indecent and neglected clients, with noisy or incorrect behavior, clients whose behavior is contrary to morality and public order.

PRICING : Prices mentioned are in BAHT, the Thailand currency. 1 euro is approximately equal to 40 baht. Please check prior to arrival.

Rates vary by season instead of long weekends and major holidays.

The accommodation are initially planned for 2 persons.

Each additional person under 12 years will be charged an extra amount of 500 baht.

PAYMENT : The balance is payable on arrival. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard. We ask anyone staying in our hotel to present his passport.

IN CASE OF INTERRUPTION OF STAY, there will be no refunds. Similarly in case of early departure, the stay is due in full. The arrival delays or early departures may in no case be reimbursed.

CANCELLATIONS must reach us 48 hours prior to arrival. Passed this time the reservation is due.

If the booking is made on our website www.kalaka.asia, it is imperative to reconnect to the web site in order to modify or cancel the reservation, by clicking on « change or cancel a reservation ».

The reservation takes effect from 1:00 PM. on the day of the client’s arrival and ends at 12:00 AM. on the departure day.

The reservation is confirmed after recording the type of credit card, the customer’s credit card number, the expiration date of the card (valid on the date of stay reserving the client) and the cryptogram of the name on the map .

The regulation of the stay upon arrival.

If upon the arrival of reserving client, there are no rooms available at the hotel, or in cases of force majeure, the hotel reserves the right to provide an accommodation outside at the best conditions possible. In this case, the costs inherent to the transfer remain the responsibility of the hotel and guests are not entitled to any compensation of any kind and in what capacity whatsoever.

THE NO SHOW is considered the effective outlet of the chamber.

THE CITY TAX, is not included in the booking price, is in force in the town. It is payable locally.

ACCESS ROOMS : Rooms are available FROM 2:00 PM. and must be vacated before 11:00 AM.

Attention in case of departure beyond one extra night will be charged. If you want to keep the room an extra night, the room payment must be made before 11:00 AM., subject to availability. Also your room is for a specific number of people. To ensure the safety rules of the homestay you should under no circumstances accommodate additional people. Thank you to ensure that the door of your room is properly closed before leaving the room or going to bed.

BANS : We remind you that the smoking ban, and is in force in all public places.It is also absolutely not allowed to smoke in the rooms for obvious reasons of safety and comfort (non-compliance will result in compensation 250 Bath / room to put the room in a state). It is forbidden to use in rooms any gas appliances, eg stove, etc …

PETS : Pets are allowed but subject to conditions: To be leashed in all areas of our business, for reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and should not be left alone in the bedroom. The pet fare is 200 baht / night (in case of deterioration, the bactericidal disinfection of the room will be charged 2500 baht.

BREAKFAST is served from 7:00 AM. to 12:00 PM. in the restaurant; if leaving early in the morning, we can, on request, make available in-room breakfast tray.

THE HOMESTAY will not accept any liability for your luggage or objects left in public places.

DEGRADATION : We ask you to respect the places and to keep your room in its initial shape. In case of problems, the customer will assume civil liability. During your stay, a card will be given to you free access to your room; if lost, replacement will be charged at the current rate. If starting early in the morning, remember to leave your key card in the room or in the small white box at the entrance to the reception and be sure to close the door behind you.

TRANSFER AIRPORT : Free for a booking of more than 7 nights, if not, airport transfer charge are 500 baht as per company kalaka partner.

NUISANCE : For the respect of the rest of the other guests, do not slam doors or make loud noise especially between 10:00 PM. & 10:00 AM., Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person or an animal under his responsibility, will bring the hotel to invite the customer to leave the establishment without the necessary to conduct acoustic measurements, therefore the noise generated is likely to undermine the tranquility of customers. An homestay room is a place to rest. All trade is prohibited.

REGULATION INTERIOR of HOSTEL applies to all bookings. Any stay involves the acceptance of specific conditions and internal regulations of the hotel.

IN BREACH BY YOU OF THESE PROVISIONS, THE HOSTEL IS FOUND IN THE OBLIGATION TO INVITE THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT AND THIS WITHOUT PAY.
